Think only the thoughts you wish to see fulfilled. Years ago, when we were going through a rough patch in our lives, I realized I needed to take control of my thoughts. I was thinking about worst-case scenarios, and if I wanted my health to improve, I needed to stop. I bought a bunch of poster board and craft paints, and painted sunsets with palm trees on all of them, and wrote, "Think only the thoughts you wish to see fulfilled. What was I just thinking?" on all of them.
