Discharging Regrets

Updated: Mar 9, 2022

I woke up this morning, working on healing regrets.    I found myself repeating over and over these statements of remorse.   When I finished, I felt much relieved.

I thought I would share this lesson with you here.

I, _______, place myself, _______, into a Full Court of Atonement with any-and-all regrets. I ask to resolve any and all reasons for this energy at their points of origin.

As you read through these statements below, repeat each statement several times.

Allow yourself to feel the statement.

Say the statement as you breathe in.

“I regret some things that have happened.”

Hold your breath…    Let it go while saying.

“I, _____, place these regrets into a Full Court of Atonement to be corrected at their points of origin.”  (Repeat until it feels clear)

Now do it again with these next statements below. Be sure to remember to breathe in on the negative and release the regrets to the Full Court of Atonement.

“I regret some things that didn’t happen.”

“I, _____, place these regrets into a Full Court of Atonement to be corrected at their points of origin.”  (Repeat until it feels clear)

“I regret some things I have done.”

“I regret something that I helped people with.”

“I regret some things that I didn’t help people with.”

“ I regret some things that I didn’t do.”

To finish off, use this statement below.

I, _______ place each and every level of my consciousness, God, and my guides into a Full Court of Atonement for the purpose of resolving any and all regrets.   I ask to analyze my timeline and resolve any and all regrets at their points of origin. I ask for amenable dissolution of this energy.    I ask to resolve any and all reasons for these regrets at their points of origin. I ask for amenable dissolution of this energy.

I forbid these energies any further access to my body, my energy field, or my family lineages.
