I know that some FCOAs are to be repeated until energy shifts or it works. I believe other FCOAs are only supposed to be said once or else it could be considered spiritual bullying. How do we differentiate between the two? Is it considered spiritual bullying when it applies to another person (with repetition considered bullying their spirit to get what we think they need or want)?
