As an Integrative Energy Practitioner, my goal is to assist clients in stepping into their natural state of divine awareness, free from detrimental programming, non-beneficial patterns, outdated beliefs, and habits.

 

I believe that transformation, healing, and aligning with
the deepest and truest parts of ourselves is always possible, because I have seen it over and over again in my work with clients and in my own life. 

 

I have been a dowser for more than 40 years, I am a Full Court of Atonement certified facilitator, a certified Mind Field Repatterning practitioner, a diplomate of Comprehensive Energy Psychology, an Eden Energy Medicine clinical practitioner, and a certified psychosynthesis guide.

 

In addition to being a licensed mental health
counselor, I also have studied and utilize many other modalities, including Body Code, Spiritual Response Therapy, BioGeometry, Jin Shin Jyutsu and Eminus Mirus, among others.

I have a daily energy self-care routine. I love Zumba, the coast of Maine, working in my garden, and taking an active role in living a conscious, purposeful life.
